By placing an order, booking a service, or clicking “Pay Now” or
OTHER PAYMENT METHODS ON THIS SITE at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood,
and agreed to these terms.
1. Delivery Coverage & Timeframes
We deliver across all 7 Emirates of the UAE. Delivery time and cost vary based on location and item type.
1.1 Emirate groups & average delivery fees
Group A – Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman
- Average standard delivery: AED 20
- Average HeavyItems delivery: AED 35
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 days
Group B – Abu Dhabi / Al Ain
- Average standard delivery: AED 35
- Average HeavyItems delivery: AED 48
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 days
Group C – Umm Al Quwain / Fujairah / Ras Al Khaimah
- Average standard delivery: AED 15
- Average HeavyItems delivery: AED 30
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 days
Actual delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected emirate, delivery type,
and order weight/volume. Promotional or free delivery offers may apply from time to time.
2. Delivery Types
2.1 Standard delivery
- Applies to regular grocery, foodstuff, and light cleaning products.
- Delivered to the building entrance or villa gate, unless otherwise agreed.
- Delivery timeframes follow the emirate groups listed above.
2.2 Heavy items delivery (Increase in Delivery Price, see price listing above)
- Applies to bulk orders, heavy cartons, large cleaning equipment, or high‑volume items.
- Additional handling or floor‑access charges may apply, especially for buildings without lifts.
- Delivery time may be extended by 1 working day depending on logistics.
You will be able to select your emirate and delivery type at checkout. By confirming your order,
you agree to the displayed delivery fee and estimated timeframe.
3. Order Processing & Confirmation
- Orders are processed after successful payment or confirmed Tabby approval.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (name, address, phone, emirate).
- We may contact you to confirm your order or clarify delivery instructions.
4. Payments & Tabby Installments
- We accept card payments and Tabby installment options where available.
- Tabby approvals are subject to Tabby’s own eligibility checks and policies.
- By clicking “Proceed with Tabby”, you also agree to Tabby’s terms and conditions.
By clicking “Pay Now” or “Proceed with Tabby” on the checkout page,
you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including delivery fees,
delivery timeframes, and any applicable service charges.
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they are dispatched.
- Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
- For any changes, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
6. Returns & Refunds
- For hygiene and safety reasons, many food and cleaning products are non‑returnable once opened.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/videos).
- Approved refunds may be processed as store credit, replacement, or original payment reversal, depending on the case.
7. Service Bookings (Cleaning & Others)
- Service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Rescheduling should be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a fee or loss of deposit.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, access issues, etc.).
- We are not responsible for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the order or service booked.
9. Changes to These Terms
AL LARA VENTURES UAE may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version displayed on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
